Ronald Lincz is the Chief Operating Officer of Avonlea Lithium Corp and a Professional Engineer with over 35 years of oilfield industry experience, including more than three decades in industrial waste management. He has held senior leadership roles at Newpark Environmental Services and Newpark Environmental Water Solutions.
Ronald managed large-scale international projects across Europe, the Middle East, and South America for M-I SWACO, Schlumberger, and OilServ. At Avonlea, he leads the development and commercialisation of “Cavitek” technology for advanced fluid treatment applications.
