He has held senior engineering and leadership roles at Royal Dutch Shell, Petróleos de Venezuela, and Deloro Stellite, working across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

Raghu specialises in asset integrity, value engineering, and technology strategy for energy facilities, pipelines, LNG, renewables, and lithium mining. His work advances sustainable innovation and operational excellence across complex industrial systems.
